What You Can Expect From Us
A comfortable cabin pretty much as depicted in the pictures on this website. Our rental rates will be comprable to, or slightly lower than other cabins in the area. The cabin will be freshly cleaned. It will have clean linens. The linens may differ slightly from the ones depicted. We will tell you how to obtain the keys from the keysafe at the cabin. We will be available answer your questions either by email or via our toll-free number before you come, while you are our guest and after you leave. We will take out the trash after you leave. We will wash all soiled linens after you leave. If you pay by check, we will cash it promptly.
What We Expect From You
Pay in full two weeks before you come. Do not bring pets. Do not smoke in the cabin. Since the cabin has a septic system, only flush septic-safe articles. Before you leave, put your soiled linens in the laundry basket and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Leave the cabin reasonably neat. Respect our cabin and treat it as you would the house of any friend you've stayed with.
Concerning Cancellations
This can be a sticky point. You don't want to pay for a service you didn't receive, and we don't want to charge you. But we have utilities to pay and have to add some disincentive against last-minute cancellations. So here is our cancellation policy. We hope you will find it fair to both you and us. If you cancel more than two weeks before your arrival date, we will refund your money. If you cancel less than two weeks before your arrival date: if we are able to rent out the cabin for that time period, we will refund all your money. If we are unable to rent the cabin we will keep half your rental fee.
